This use case  MES solution for the Engine Assembly line.

The requirement is to improve cycle time across the assembly and increase production per hour/shift/day.

Our solution: Realtime MES solution (Redundant Servers with 60+ Client nodes) with integration to ERP system (SAP- edit as required)

Brief Note Developed a Realtime Redundant MES solution Application with multiple integration points to deliver a dynamic integration with the ERP system avoiding manual intervention. Mobile apps and Web clients were deployed to monitor production in real time. 

This solution is being used by customer for 16 years and currently in use.

Customer benefits: Reduced the Total Cycle time and  increase number of engines produced per day.
