The requirement was to build a platform for the existing offline analytics solutions offered by the client to enhance their market reach.
Our solution was in the form of a web application that provided a comprehensive, 360-degree survey of an organization’s behaviors.
The scalable platform enabled the organizations in a wide range of purposes such as identifying talents, enhancing hiring practices, and analyzing the organization’s needs. It also enabled the organization to streamline their operations and increase productivity by fostering coordination between different functional areas. The development also provides the necessary flexibility to ensure a seamless migration of all the existing users to the new platform.
More than 20 establishments have been positively impacted through the platform. Their functional teams have elevated performance.
